What work behaviors cause you to receive Performance Rewards?
Receiving exceptional feedback (when your on the job supervisor speaks with your Jeane Thorne representative either during monthly quality checks or on quality check cards).
Receiving client letters or calls detailing your excellent contribution.
Performing a non-standard work assignment for clients during crisis situations.
Referring additional business from a client that results in a job order for Jeane Thorne.
Referring a friend or associate who becomes an employee of Jeane Thorne Inc.
Exceeding work performance expectations ' going 'above and beyond' the call of duty.
