Jeane Thorne Inc. Golf Invitational Raises $540,000+ Benefiting St. Joseph's Home for Children
September 1995 – September 2007
For thirteen consecutive years Jeane Thorne Inc. spearheaded a major fund raising event to raise funds for programs that promote a safe, nurturing environment for the children served by St. Joseph's Home for Children.'The event consisted of a select golf tournament held the 2nd Monday of September at a premier golf course; followed by a silent auction and awards dinner. Jeane Thorne credits the major success of the event to the generosity of both business and individuals concerned for the welfare of children.
Jeane Thorne Inc. continues to be supportive of the philanthropic programs throughout our communities; and in 2007 a “Jeane Thorne Non-Golf Event” invited past donors to continue to be generous in their giving for the work that is being done on behalf of the thousands of children served by St. Joseph's Home for Children.
