Congratulations
to Rosetta Chears on receiving the honor of being our
Scholarship Award Winner for 2004!
Rosetta
is a JTI Elite Employee who has worked at Market Solutions
Group since July 2003, and
has received
nothing but positive reviews from our staff and her assignment
supervisors. In
fact, her supervisor said
that his “…only complaint about Rosetta is that I can't
clone her.”

One
of Jeane Thorne’s core values is the importance of solid
partnerships among business, education and community.
CEO Mary Marso-Schmitz has remarked that her
own life
experience “has shown me the great impact that one adult can
have in helping a child - and the future of our community
rests in the emotional health and development of
our children.”
With
only one year
remaining in her
undergraduate work in Psychology,
Youth Studies, and Deaf Studies
at the U of M, Rosetta plans
to continue at the Masters level in Educational Psychology.
Her professional goals include working with families
with disadvantaged children who are deaf or hard of hearing.
Rosetta's commitment to giving back to the community
and the investment of
herself in
bettering the
future of children through her career goals is commendable,
and aligns well with the principles of Jeane Thorne Inc.
