recognize you. You can start earning Performance Rewards
Certificates from your first day of employment. You'll continue to
earn Performance Rewards for superior job performance and service as
long as you work for Jeane Thorne. There's no limit to the number
of points you can accumulate.
As
soon as you complete 240 hours of "Excellent" rated assignments, and
receive JT Elite status, you are eligible to begin to redeem your
Performance Rewards. Redeem yours for something special just for
you.

What work
behaviors cause you to receive Performance Rewards?
- Receiving exceptional
feedback (when your on the job supervisor speaks with your
Jeane Thorne representative either during monthly quality checks or on quality check
cards).
- Receiving client letters or
calls detailing your excellent contribution.
- Maintaining consistent
performance for every 1,000 hours of service.
- Accepting multiple same-day
assignments (for JT Employees and JT Elites).

- Performing a non-standard work
assignment for clients during crisis situations.
- Referring additional
business from a client that results in a Temporary Staffing Order
or a full-time job order.
- Referring a friend or
associate who becomes an employee of Jeane Thorne Inc or a
candidate for full-time employment
- .…exceeding
work performance expectations – going “above and beyond” the
call of duty.

Certificates by mail, in person at your Jeane Thorne office in Minneapolis, or Mankato, Minnesota, or
at any Jeane Thorne company function or event. Mail to:

delivered by mail, or personally by a Jeane Thorne staff member, within
5-7 working days. Quantities of some items are limited to
stock on hand, so you may be asked to make an alternative
