As a JT Elite Employee, we offer our Proven Performers recognition for outstanding job performance. To qualify to become an Elite you must:

  • Work 240 hours as a JT Employee

  • Receive excellent evaluations on job assignments, and

  • Consistently exceed the expectations of our clients with whom you work.

It is Jeane Thorne’s intention for Elite Status to be earned and valued. Employees qualifying for the program are “a cut above the rest” as proven through excellent job performance. Our clients have come to expect that JT Elite employees are truly that, Elite. 

If you receive an average or below average rating on more than one job assignment and/or take an extended work  leave of more than six months, you will need to re-qualify for this employment status.

As a JT Elite Employee, you will receive enhanced employment benefits in the categories of:

  • Eligibility for nomination of Employee of the Month / Year
  • Enhanced employment benefits
