It is Jeane Thorne's intention for JTI Elite status to be earned and valued. Employees qualifying for the program are "a cut above" as proven through excellent job performance. Our clients have come to expect that JTI Elite employees are truly that, Elite.


To qualify to become a JTI Elite employee you must:


  • Work 240 hours as a JTI employee

  • Receive excellent evaluations on job assignments, and

  • Consistently exceed the expectations of our clients with whom you work.


If you receive an average or below average rating on more than one job assignment and/or take an extended work leave of more than six months, you will need to re-qualify for this employment status.
